Sparsholt Firs (30th July 2006)

Bit of a walk and drive along various bits of the Ridgeway, mainly to get photo's of the sections we missed when I forgot the camera

Went for lunch at "The Star Inn" in Sparsholt, http://starinnsparsholt.co.uk/index.htm
I had the haddock, chips and peas - it was Ok, the plate was unusual, glass in the shape of a fish, but they'd not warmed it, so the food went cold :-(

Up on the ridgeway, biggest difference from when we did the walk was the height of the grass, it's so much taller !!
